Alpha Veterinary Practice opened in 2001 when our current Clinical Director Sebastiano Puglisi opened his own small animal/equine practice in Burry Port. Within a short time, the practice gained popularity for its personal commitment to customers and their steady approach to complementary medicine.

The practice grew from strength to strength, increasing its client base whilst maintaining high standards.

This achievement was the result of a remarkable team of staff and the dedicated assistance provided by UK referral centres.

To ensure the continued delivery of a first class service to the community, a decision was made to join Independent Vetcare. This will ensure that the practice can focus on a shared vision, whilst entering a new era in animal health.
